We have two positions open right now:
Project Manager Dot Net:
At least 7 years of Experience in asp.net, C#, SQL Server, Will lead and manage development projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle from gathering user requirements, budgeting, design, development, testing, implementation, migration and client management.
Skill Set:
- Should be able to lead and motivate the team
- Experienced in managing large enterprise scale projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team management or people management
- Project planning and execution abilities a must
- Should be a sound Technical Architect
- Experience of more than 7 years and project management experience of at least 2 years or should have managed at least two projects from the scratch and should be able to handle multiple projects
- Experience in managing projects in web based application i.e. Microsoft .Net is desirable
Network Administrator:
Administration and maintenance of company’s internal systems. Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities. Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security. Administration of email servers for company-wide email. Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users. Forecasting any needed improvements, budgeting for and implementing any changes.
Skill Set:
- Good working knowledge of the following operating systems:-. Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Exchange, Citrix
- Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software
- Preferred: CCNA certification
- Should be able to work in the night shift (pair with US working hours)
- Should be able to pull out matrix from the server performances and should be able to report issues and foresee problems before they arise
