Balbir Khera is CEO and Founder of Maxval Technologies in Mumbai, India. Formerly, as a high ranking naval officer and an engineer with the Indian Navy, Balbir was the chief engineer of India’s most modern warship, managing over 100 electrical and mechanical engineers. Balbir earned a Masters degree in Financial Management and a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Xaviers Institute of Management. In addition, Balbir has a Masters in Computer Simulation from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawahar Lal Nehru University.

Harbinder Khera is currently President and CEO of MindMatrix, Inc., a company which he founded in 1998. Harbinder brings expertise in network infrastructure design and planning, software development, telecom strategy, and project management. He also provided IT consulting services to Southwest Airlines, Nationwide Insurance, IBM, Siemens, Citibank, and Sprint PCS. Harbinder has an MS in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and an MS in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He has published numerous articles in the IEEE conference proceedings and has presented in various trade shows in the field of wireless and high-speed networks. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council at CMU.

Finn Johnson, Co-Founder, President and CEO of RE BackOffice, Inc. is responsible for growing and managing the company to its fullest potential. With 20+ years in the commercial real estate profession, Finn's most recent experience was as Vice President of e-Business at NAI Global. While there, he was involved in the implementation, promotion, adoption and use of both technology and out-sourced or 'partnered' services across the global enterprise. In the 90's, his experience included sales, software development and research activities while Vice President at both PropertyFirst.com and Blacks Guide. From a real estate perspective, Finn's experience includes commercial loan underwriting, investment brokerage and asset management.

Narendra Bhat is the CEO for Vectre. Narendra earned his M.S. and PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)Narendra worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company for more than 6 years where he provided leadership, judgment and problem solving expertise to senior management of corporations in numerous industry sectors such as automotive, chemicals, electronics, construction and materials.
